Our Warranty
All RAPIX products purchased from More Solutions are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
Returns Policy
As a B2B supplier, many of our products are specially imported to meet your specific requirements. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns for non-faulty products. Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or incorrectly supplied, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Non-faulty products, including those imported specifically for your order, are not eligible for return unless agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
